Renovation projects can add that extra "it" factor when living in and showing your home. From finishing basements, changing or adding tiling, adding new moulding and baseboards, I can help.
In this renovation project, an old fireplace was removed and replaced by a high efficiency wood burning fire place. Once the fireplace was installed, the renovation was completed by adding a new mantle, hearth, slate tile and then new hardwood floors to finish it off.
Polyurethane spray foam insulation is perfect for basement walls and crawlspaces; it is a wonderful product that serves as a vapour barrier to lock out cold and keep in heat.
